We're currently planning the 2010 Roundup for November 25-28, 2010 – Thanksgiving weekend at the Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas.
The group conscience of the Roundup is that we do not have any outside vendors other than the company who tapes the meetings.
This fund helps welcome newcomers to the Roundup who are otherwise financially unable to attend. Donations to the Scholarship Fund have helped bring hundreds of struggling newcomers to the Las Vegas Roundup and to AA over the last several years.
The "Nevada Clean Air Act" prohibits smoking in the Convention Facility. Smoking is permitted outside, or in the casino.
The Las Vegas Roundup is a self-supporting, non-profit event produced by an all-volunteer committee. Registration and event fees cover the cost of the convention facilities and related expenses. No baskets are passed.
Alateen members do not have to pay the registration fee. Registration is not required to attend marathon meetings.
