About the Roundup

Message from the Chairman

Hi Everyone! We’re gearing up for the 44th Annual Las Vegas Roundup and some more sober fun! Las Vegas has certainly changed over the past 44 years and to preserve some of the memories of the good old days, we're going to "Rock 'n Roll into the 4th Dimension!" Hope all of you will join us Saturday night for the main event – a wonderful buffet dinner and entertainment. Whether it be a poodle skirt or a punk rock getup, pick your favorite rock 'n roll era and dress accordingly! And get ready for a weekend of good speakers, great fellowship and special events. See you there!

Jane S.
Chairman 2010 Las Vegas Roundup Committee

The Roundup

The Las Vegas Roundup is an annual gathering of alcoholics from across the country and around the world. Our goal is simply fellowship between recovering alcoholics. We are a non-profit organization – not officially affiliated with Alcoholics Anonymous. As such, we have an advisory board that decides where money over and above operating expenses is donated. We are committed to programs related to recovery, though the beneficiaries of our donations vary from year to year. No individuals ever gain financially from the Roundup.

The Committee

The Las Vegas Roundup Committee is an all-volunteer group of men and women dedicated to the best experience possible for those attending the Roundup. They arrange the convention space and banquet facilities, get the fliers printed and distributed, keep track of registration and finances and speaker schedules and... well, everything behind the scenes to make the Roundup work. They receive no compensation other than the satisfaction of service. Without them, the Roundup simply would not be possible. The Committee meets at the TIE Club at 1:00pm or 1:30pm on the last Sunday of each month from March to November.
