What are Marathon Meetings?
Marathon Meetings run continuously from 3pm Thursday through 9am Sunday. They are open AA meetings held every hour, on the hour, throughout the event. These are open to the public and do not require an event badge to attend.
Attendee Age Restriction
The Las Vegas Roundup is for ages 13 and up.
When can I pick up my badge?
Badge Pickup and On Site Registration begins Thursday, November 28, 2019 at 3:00pm (PST) in the Convention Center Lobby at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.
How much does the Las Vegas Roundup cost?
Can I purchase a one or two day pass?
We would love for you to experience the collective significance of the Roundup but understand that is not always possible. However we currently only sell full price registration. You are welcome to attend the Marathon Meetings going on 24 hours each day for free. Entrance into Bill & Bob's Coffee Shop is also free and open 24 hours each day.
What's the weather like?
The weather in Las Vegas, NV is beautiful in November, however it can get a little chilly at night. The average is 69° (°F) during the day and 46° (°F) at night. If you plan to visit the Strip or walk around town, bring a light jacket or sweatshirt. Or you can purchase a Las Vegas Roundup hoodie at the Memorabilia Boutique. (They sell out fast!)
What can I buy once I get there?
The Las Vegas Roundup Memorabilia Boutique will have t-shirts, hoodies and other items for sale all four days. There is a gift shop inside the Westgate that sells some daily necessities if you forget to pack something (think airport gift shop style and pricing). Downtown Las Vegas, Old Las Vegas and Paradise Road are also nearby and full of great shopping experiences within walking distance.
Where can I eat?
The Roundup's own Bill & Bob's Coffee Shop is located in the Convention Center Lobby where the Roundup is being held. It's open 24 hours each day and sells coffee, snacks, beverages, sandwiches, pastries, etc. There are also various restaurants at the Tropicana ranging anywhere from $14 burgers to $75 steaks. Downtown Las Vegas, Old Las Vegas and Paradise Road are within walking distance and offer a wide variety of eating establishments.
